| Donghe Oilfield is a super-deep low-pressure sandstone reservoir,rich in reserves.After theoretical research and test mining analysis,that the oil field production will not be a sand,so the early development of oil field design did not take sand control measures.After the oil field is put into production,the original stress of the formation changes,the oil well begins to be sanded and the sand is serious,which seriously restricts the normal production of the oilfield.The sand control technology of Donghe Oilfield is imminent.In this paper,the sand production of Donghe oil field is studied by core analysis and rock mechanics experiment,combined with the analysis of sand production,The sand control technology of Donghe Oilfield was selected,and three kinds of sand control methods were selected,such as direct sieve,sieve gravel packing and fracturing filling.Then,the theoretical calculation of the production capacity and the evaluation of the indoor physical simulation experiment are carried out.According to the actual situation of the Donghe oilfield and the characteristics of the wellbore construction technology,the final plan is recommended for the gravel packing and fracturing filling sand control.According to the actual situation of the Donghe oil field,this paper recommends several technical schemes for the combination of the anti-dust and the production of the mine.The combination of the underground production tools suitable for the Donghe oilfield,including the precision stainless steel sand control tube,Sand and so on.Formed a set of both anti-sand,but also to ensure the production capacity of integrated sand control technology.The research results can provide scientific basis for the effective control of the sand and the sand control design of the future. |
