At present,the traditional workover rigs rely on the diesel engine to provide energy,energy conversion efficiency is low,pollution is serious,no energy saving.The power grid energy saving and environmental protection,high conversion efficiency,workover rig "oil to electricity" has become a trend.However,most of the existing transformer in the well site is not sufficient to provide enough power for the workover rig operation.If the transformer is changed,that is the cost of consumption,but also in the well site pumping machine operation to produce "kill the chicken with a slaughter knife" phenomenon.Therefore,this paper lists three kinds of electric workover rigs based on supercapacitor power compensation.According to the characteristics of energy used in different working conditions of the workover rig,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the three schemes,and a better scheme is compared.This is based on the traditional electronic control three-phase asynchronous motor circuit as a basis,A super capacitor power compensation system is connected in parallel with the DC bus between the PWM rectifier and the inverter.Using of time-sharing power of thinking,compensate the workover load when the load power Compensation,to solve the problem of insufficient for field transformer capacity.Then,according to the demand of the actual workover,the theoretical scheme of the super capacitor power compensation system is designed.And then build a hardware environment,design control algorithms and the preparation of software,to create a useful electric workover rig supply system,and debug in the experimental site and the actual well site.There is the GPRS wireless communication module in the electric workover rig supply system,the workover workmanship data can be sent back to the host computer,and the data will be drawn into a curve for analysis.Finally,the correctness and feasibility of the theoretical scheme designed in this paper will be verified.
