Longfengshan gas field is a low porosity and low permeability condensate gas reservoir so that most of the gas wells are very low natural capacity.In order to obtain industrial gas flow Hydraulic fracture is mostly applied in field.The relationship between the fracturing scale and the post-fracture production capacity has not yet been established.And the influencing factors of the production capacity have not been studied in detail.Most of the fracturing design and process technology optimization rely on field experience.Therefore,It is very important to study the optimization of fracturing parameters and construction parameters in condensate gas reservoirs.The fracturing situation of Longfengshan condensate gas reservoir in the past two years is analyzed,and the influencing factors of fracturing effect are quantitatively analyzed by gray theory.It is determined that the fracturing engineering factors have important influence on the fracturing effect and liquid volume and sand content need to optimize importantly.To obtain the equation of state parameter,based on the experimental data provided in the fluid analysis report,this paper use the PVTi module of Eclipse software to fit the PVT phase.According to the geological data of Longfengshang,the geological model is established,and the fracturing production forecast is carried out.The numerical simulation is used to analyze the fracture length,conductivity and production pressure.Orthogonal scheme experiments were carried out to optimize the optimal fracture parameters.Based on the results of the optimization of fracturing scheme,this paper do the fracturing design and optimization and determine the displacement,sand content,amount of pre-liquid and the ratio of sand.
