With the decline of conventional oil and gas production, while the unconventional oil and gas has shown great potential.Preliminary exploration and the research prove that the tight oil have good prospect of resources in our country. With the development of unconventional oil and gas exploration, the pore structure of tight oil reservoir is important, the accurate characterization of the pore structure in tight oil reservoir has become an important research direction.Meanwhile the precise quantitative characterization of tight oil reservoir's permeability is another problem in tight oil reservoir exploration,in general and high permeability reservoir, permeability prediction based on correlation of permeability and porosity are often unable to meet the requirements of tight oil reservoir evaluation and exploration.Firstly, through the X-ray diffraction experiment and the pressure pulse decline method, got the mineral characterization of tight oil sample and pore parameters. Then used field emission scanning electron microscopy technology to observe the pore structure of samples.Meanwhile through the nitrogen adsorption experiment,high-pressure mercury injection and constant speed mercury injection experiment, analyzed the nano-pore information, pore connectivity and pore size distribution, etc.Combined the three experimental methods, obtained a completer and more accurate pore information(full-size pore size distribution from nanoscale to microscale),realized comprehensive and accurate characterization of pore structure in tight oil reservoir. Finally, through the study of internal relation between the permeability and micro pore structure in tight oil reservoir, optimized the pore characteristic parameters, and established a new permeability prediction method based on the microscopic pore structure, then compared with the existing five methods, proved that it had reliable accuracy.
