In recent years,the water transport industry is relatively active,the national port cargo throughput steadily increased,the ship toward the professional,large-scale,high-speed development.With the continuous improvement of water traffic safety management level,the government and enterprise management personnel to the degree of security gradually strengthened,the water traffic safety situation has been improved to some extent,but the probability of occurrence of water traffic accidents is still high,to the navigation environment of ship,there is still a conflict between the future needs and current status.Especially in the waters with complex environment,diverse types of ships,traffic control capacity of a limited number of waterways or custom route intersection waters,the ship in these areas easy to produce mutual influence,mutual control,resulting in the ship collision accident increased probability.In this paper,by analyzing the characteristics of natural environment,the characteristics of traffic flow and the characteristics of ship traffic in complex intersection waters,this paper explores the characteristics of ship collision in complex intersection waters.Based on the navigation environment,the grid is used to divid the target waters,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the risk of ship collision in complex intersection waters,and the risk level is visualized.The main contents are as follows:(1)On the basis of defining the complex intersection waters,the structural characteristics of complex intersection waters are analyzed,the influence characteristics of natural environment,the structure of traffic flow and the running characteristics of complex intersetion waters are studied,and the collision process is analyzed.(2)Based on the analysis of accident causes,and the system engineering method,the influencing factors of ship collision risk in complex intersection waters are identified,and the risk of ship collision in complex intersection waters is evaluated from the navigation conditions.By using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of qualitative and quantitative combination,the risk of collision of each unit grid is evaluated by the grid of the evaluation target,and the risk distribution of the ship collision risk level is obtained.(3)Combining the risk characteristics of the intersection of the main channel of Yantai Port,the evaluation model is applied to the waters,collecting natural environment data and statistical traffic flow data.The risk assessment of ship collision is carried out on 150 units of West Harbor area.The collision risk distribution of ship collision in the west port is obtained,and the reliability of the evaluation result is verified by the accident data comparison.(4)Based on the results of risk assessment and the characteristics of complex intersection waters,combined with the concept of modern risk prevention and control,the measures and suggestions on prevention and control of ship collision risk are put forward from three aspects: ship traffic flow organization,basic engineering facilities and accident emergency.On the one hand,the research of the paper is from the macro level of risk assessment,break away from the traditional factors from the man-made analysis of the cause of the ship accident,but from the navigation environment conditions for evaluation.On the other hand,the paper applies the idea of grid and the concept of risk visualization to the form of risk evaluation,which can provide reference for risk management and prevention.
