| As one of the main forms of mechanical transmission,gear drove has been widely used in all kinds of mechanical equipment and has become an indispensable and irreplaceable driving component of most mechanical products.In modern manufacturing all kinds of mechanical precision,speed,noise of gear and higher requirements of compact structure,how to improve the gear machining and heat treatment of these two processes,so as to greatly improve the carrying capacity of gear transmission and the meshing quality and prolong the service life of gear,is an important research subject.First of all,Solidwords software was used to conduct 3d modeling on transmission gear,conduct finite element analysis of structure and mechanics,and explore the force of transmission gear.Then,orthogonal experiment is introduced to classify and parameterize the factors that affect the dynamic performance of gear transmission,and finally find out the most important factors that affect the dynamic performance of gear transmission.Then traditional machining method of gear in the turning processing,tooth profile processing is analyzed,mainly through the development of high precision tool in order to improve the turning machining accuracy,the tooth profile processing is changed into the use of advanced dry cutting processing equipment,and optimize the process parameters,a series of optimization measures such as increasing finishing process at the same time,to further improve the precision of gear machining degree provides guidance basis.Next,three heat treatment process problems that affect the performance of gear steel are discussed:First,preheat the forging steel parts before or after processing.Secondly,what kind of normalizing method is adopted for preheating treatment;Thirdly,the heat distortion problem of gear steel during carburizing is deeply studied and the heat treatment technology of gear steel is optimized.Finally,through the optimization and verification of dry machining process parameters and the optimization and verification of heat treatment process,combining theory and practice,it is put into the real production and processing,and applied to the actual construction.Based on the verification of actual construction,the process flow and the preparation procedures are finally formulated. |
