The research of chalcogenide compounds because of their unique physical and chemical properties and bright application future have always been concerned by scientific workers.Meanwhile,the chalcogen elements Q(Q=sulfur,selenium,tellurium)are in the VI A group of the periodic table,their outermost electron are ns2np4(n=3,4,5),so the chalcogenide compounds have unique properties in the semiconductor,thermoelectric performance,nonlinear optical,photoluminescence,ion exchange,photoelectric,fast ion transport,molecular sieve,chemical adsorption,chemical sensing and so on.These unique properties have abnormal performance in the field of inorganic functional materials.To date,the main synthetic methods of the chalcogenides are solid phase synthesis,electrochemical synthesis,flux grown synthesis and Solvothermal,hydrothermal synthesis.In this article,we mainly choose 1,2-diaminopropane,1,4-diaminobutane/water and pyridine/ethylene-glycol mixed solvent to carry out solvothermal synthesis and the study of properties for the novel multinary arsenic chalcogenides.(1)In 1,2-diaminopropane solvent system,solvothermal synthesized arsenic chalcogenides compounds with alkali metal cation Cs+ as object ions As9Cl20Cs25Mn2S18(1),which have Isolated structure.Meanwhile,crystals'sstructure,thermal stability,semiconductor properties have been characterized and studied.X-ray diffraction results show that compounds 1 belongs to Hexagonal system,P6(3)/m space group.The crystal lattice parameters were as follows:a2= 17.251(4)A,b=17.251(4)A,c=1.9537(5)A,?=120°,Z=2?(2)In 1,4-diaminobutane/water mixed solvent system,solvothermal synthesized arsenic chalcogenides compounds with alkali metal cation Cs+ as object ions CsHgAsSe3(2).The compound 2 contains one-dimensional chains[HgAsSe3]nn-and Cs+ cations.The alternating connection of two[HgSe3]trigonal planar and two[AsSe3]trigonal pyramids give rise to a 8-membered[Hg2As2Se6]cluster.Meanwhile,crystals' s structure,thermal stabilityhave been characterized and studied.X-ray diffraction results show that compounds 2 belongs to monoclinic system,P2(1)/n space group.The crystal lattice parameters were as follows:a =6.957(5)A,b=14.917(11)A,c?7.415(6)A,y=90°?(3)In 1,4-diaminobutane/water mixed solvent system,solvothermal synthesized arsenic chalcogenides compounds with alkali metal ation Cs+ as object ions CsCdAsSe3(3).Compound 3 contains two-dimensional layer anion[CdAsSe3]nn-and object cation Cs+.Meanwhile,crystals's structure,thermal stability,semiconductor properties have been characterized and studied.X-ray diffraction results show that compounds 3 belongs to monoclinic system,P2(1)/n space group.The crystal lattice parameters were as follows:a?10.428(6)A,b=6.869(5)A,c= 10.794(7)A,?=90°?(4)Solvothermal synthesized other arsenic chalcogenides compounds with alkali metal cation as object ions on the base of above synthetic routes,using on different transition metal,alkali metal,solvent.
