In response to the phenomenon that different concrete strength testing methods has a Larger differences or even unreasonable results,through the compression test of ordinary concrete and high performance concrete standard specimens which made by testing laboratory,and the rebound test,ultrasonic-rebound test,drilled core strength test of the model,to make a study on concrete strength growing rules and relationship between different testing methods.Research results show that,high performance concrete due to the addition of admixture,its late strength has a larger growth space.The law of growth formula for the ordinary and high performance C30 concrete strength after 28 d age increase is obtained.Effect of core sample size on concrete strength test value is analyzed,and proposed that if in the standard core sample drilled have difficulty,?75 core samples can be used to test the strength of the concrete,and gives the conversion relationship between the two.The reasons of low strength estimation of concrete strength by rebound method and ultrasonic-rebound combined method are analyzed.Also,the effect of carbonization depth on the concrete strength tested rebound method is analyzed.At last,we made a comparison between testing laboratory and construction site,to verify the conclusion drawn by testing laboratory.Meanwhile,make an analysis and discussion on the problems found during the testing. |
