with the signing of"Sino-US Joint Declaration on Climate Change",solving the problem of coal use,especially the use of Quasi-east Coal issue,which is the country’s largest coal recently proved,has great significance for our environmental management issues.And one of the most effective methods to realize the clean utilization of coal is the coal gasification technology,and the IGCC based on the coal gasification technology is the inevitable direction of the development of the power plant.With the SDT Q600 differential scanning calorimetry and thermal gravimetric analyzer,this paper mainly studies the catalyst K2CO3 and Ca(OH)2 loading and their loading method—grinding,impregnation,high temperature and pressure conditions—aligned catalytic gasification of south open-pit mines,and then comparing the different catalysts under the same conditions as the gasification of differences,and to analyze the reason.Finally,by introducing a new method of calculation-the equivalent conversion method-to determine the coal of south open-pit mines gasification kinetics model,and using this method to calculate the two catalysts after joining the activation energy of the size of south open-pit mines coalThis study have shown that:there will be significant differences in gasification reaction rate trends for quasi-East coal coke at a temperature between lower than800℃and higher than 850℃,and when the temperature is 800℃,coke gasification reaction can get the fastest rate;residence time will affect the system coke coal pore structure changes,and when residence time was 30min,coke gasification reaction rate is the highest,indicating its highest reactivity;the reaction rate impaction of heating rate of coal is negligible;for CH,the catalyst is mixed more fully,the faster the catalytic rate,in accordance with the method of loading gasification rate in descending order of priority is HP method>dipping>polishing;but potassium has a strong mobility,it exhibits different characteristics comparing with calcium,namely in accordance with the method of loading gasification rate in descending order of priority is grinding>HP method>dipping;when adding the same amount of catalyst,the DTG graph peak width of CK is wider than CH;when the amount of catalyst is less than 1.7%,the catalytic gasification reaction rate of CH is higher than CK;when the amount of catalyst is more than 3.2%,the catalytic gasification reaction rate of CK than CH;with the equivalent conversion method,it can be found that the most suitable to describe the South Open-pit Mines Coal gasification kinetics model is the homogeneous model.
