Study On The Development Models And Countermeasures Of Low-carbon Tourism In Tianyang County

With the vigorous development of the tourism industry,tourism,as a "smokeless industry",emerged many unsatisfactory phenomenon of high carbon,and the world tourism and related industries joint in the exploration of low-carbon tourism industry in succession.The development of Guangxi tourism,the alliance of Western Guangxi Tourism,"Chinese ASEAN" and so on,a series of regional tourism cooperation are growing deeply.Besides,unique location,resources,policy,environment and low carbon endowment of Tianyang County,structure constructive carrier around the leapfrog development of low-carbon tourism.This article studies on the low-carbon tourism development model and countermeasures of Tianyang County through literature research,case studies,field surveys etc.to provide reference for the further development of low-carbon tourism and the enactment of related policies and regulations,furthermore,provide reference from the perspective of county how to develop low-carbon tourism more effectively.This study is divided into six parts:The first part is introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research content,significance,innovation and research methods,summarize the research on low-carbon tourism both at home and abroad.As well as plan the sequence of ideas in the main context.The second part is the theoretical basis of the study,combined the existing research results of low carbon economy and low-carbon tourism both domestically and abroad,further improve the concept of low-carbon tourism development pattern system.Try to build up elements of low-carbon tourism development model from four perspectives: low-carbon Tourism(subject),low carbon tourism products and services(object),low carbon tourism operators(media)and low carbon Tourism Environment(carrier).The third part is the SWOT analysis on low-carbon Tourism Development in Tianyang County,which points out that low-carbon Tourism has entered a new era of development.The rich tourism resources and unique geographical advantages provide a good environment for the development of low-carbon Tourism in Tianyang County.The rapid economic development and multiple preferential policies create a good opportunity for the development of low-carbon tourism in Tianyang County.However,the foundation of tourism industry in Tianyang County is weak,fragile ecological environment and other issues place proper restrictions on low-carbon development of the tourism industry,which are the points that Tianyang County should concern in the follow-up development.The fourth part is the construction of Tianyang County low-carbon tourism development model,which put forward five principles of constructing Tianyang County low-carbon tourism,low-carbon ecological principle,ecological sustainability principle,market-oriented principle,operational principle,participation principle.Respectively construct the development model of three different types of low carbon Tourism: low-carbon rural tourism,low-carbon tourism town and low-carbon national cultural tourism based on the circular economy theory,location theory,industrial chain theory.With concrete example,Lumei Area Rural Leisure Tourism Area,Baiyu Town Tourism Town,Buluotuo National Cultural Tourism to proof the discussion on tourism.Through the typical role model,construct the low-carbon tourism mode in Tianyang County in multi-level,multi-aspect,classifiably and promote work in all areas by drawing upon the experience gained on key points.The fifth part is the countermeasure of low-carbon tourism development in Tianyang County,which raises the practical measure of suggestion from five aspects: strengthening the government,strengthen propaganda,improve the industrial system,improve the monitoring system and comprehensive security policy to propose concrete measures.The fourth and fifth parts are the core parts of this research.The sixth part is the summary,and put forward the existing problems and prospect.
