| Pyriproxyfen is a juvenile hormone which carries activity and can control pest.It has a significant effect not only on the scale insects,whiteflies,thrips and other agricultural pests difficult to control and pests in a variety of health,but also is high in safety and toxicity,and environmental protection.The synthesis process of pyriproxyfen is less in the country reports.This paper discusses the feasibility Synthetic technology of pyriproxyfen.And the product was efficiency successfully synthesized by four-step reaction.Three main intermediate4-phenoxyphenol、1-(4-phenoxyphenoxy)propan-2-ol(hereinafter referred to as PPP)、1-(4-phenoxyphenoxy)propan-2-yl 4-methylbenzenesulfonate(hereinafter referred to as PPP-Ts)and the final product of the synthesis process has been optimized;the effects of the reaction time,the reaction temperature,molar ratio of reactants and suitable solvent have been compared and discussed emphatically.and the total yield reaches to 82.1%.The better synthetic process was provided.The technological process of industry production of pyriproxyfen was designed on the base of research on lab scale,and the analytical method of difenoconazole was established.We provide valuable data for the Industrial production of pyriproxyfen.During the experiment,main intermediates and pyriproxyfen were confirmed by~1H NMR、IRand GC-MS.Because Diphenyl Ethers and Aryloxycarboxylic penoxy acid ester compounds have good herbicidal effect,according to the structure of the pyriproxyfen,I design the new compounds of similar ester and aromatic oxygen penoxy carboxylic acid esters of a total of 17 which have not been reported.Their structure is summarized as follows:(?)The reaction mechanism and the better synthetic methods of structures were discussed.And their structures were confirmed by means of ~1H NMR、IR and EA.Finally,we send the new compounds to Nankai University and make detection of biological activity. |
