As a key part in CNC grinder,the liquid hybrid bearing's performance directly affects the machining precision of the CNC grinder.Combining with the requirements of the task,the thesis makes a comprehensive research for the liquid hybrid bearing with high efficiency&precision wheel Spindle in grider:(1)Based on the fluid lubrication theory,the mathematical model of steady state temperature field distribution is established,furthermore,the thesis analyze the relationship between the error in geometrical form and the bearing' performance by means of the three dimensional fluid simulation software FLUENT.(2)The composite deformation of high-precision grinding wheel spindle cavity depth hybrid bearing was analysed by using FLUENT and ANSYS Workbench.Analysis results show that the bearing radial maximum thermal deformation and the values of bearing clearance are in the same order of magnitude.To a certain extent,the thermal deformation of the bearing can be reduced by the elastic deformation of the bearing,therefore,the elastic deformation of the bearing can not be ignored.(3)The thesis analyze the relationship between the highest temperature&the maximum thermal deformation of the hybrid bearing and the different thickness&the thermal conductivity of the heat insulating coat in different oil pressure and shaft rotating speed by using FLUENT and ANSYS Workbench.Analysis results show that the highest temperature and the maximum thermal deformation will decrease with the increase of the oil pressure&the thickness of the heat insulating coat&the thermal conductivity,increase with the increase of the shaft rotating speed.(4)A experimental research of the hybrid bearing has been carried,it focus on the relationship between the three oil cavity pressure and the static load,and the bearing is simulated by using computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT.Analysis results show that there are error between the theoretical calculation and measured value,but the error are in the range of acceptable,it also proves the validity of the simulation method.
