| This article researched on the waterproof and moisture permeable laminated micro/nano fabrics based on poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET),thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU),poly(ethylene terephthalate)/polyamide 6(PET/PA6),PET/TPU,thermoplastic polyeher ester elastomer(TPEE)and TPU/PA6/TPU electrospun nanofibers membrane.Also researched on the unidirectional water-penetration composite fibrous films which were used for waterproof and moisture permeable laminated fabrics.Firstly,the way of dispensing glue and method of hot pressing made fabric layer and membrane to bond.We researched that the effect of the thickness of PET electrospun nanofibrous membrane,the kind of outer fabrics and the spinning time of PA6 onto PET membrane on the hydrostatic pressure,moisture permeability,air permeability and heat retention of laminated fabrics and co-polyamide used as adhesive.Subsequently,polyamide hot melt adhesive film whose surface density was 12 g/m was used as adhesive.We researched on the thickness of PET membrane and TPEE membrane effect on the properties of laminated fabrics,and the hot pressing temperature effect on the properties of laminated fabrics with TPU/PA6/TPU membrane.What’s more,polyamide hot melt adhesive film whose surface density was 12 g/m2 and 23 g/m2 were used as adhesive and TPEE membrane TPU membrane were used as functional membrane,and explore the impact of the amount of adhesive on the performance of laminated fabric.Also we researched on the unidirectional water-penetration crosslinking polyving akohol/polyacrylonitrile(c-PVA/PAN)and c-PVA/(PAN+TPU)composite fibrous film.Finally,the laminated fabrics with TPEE and TPU were made into two clothes and were named ES-Tex-Ⅰ and ES-Tex-Ⅱ,respectively.The experiment results show that the hydrostatic head(waterproof)and air resistance of laminated fabrics increase with increasing thickness of electrospun nanofiber membrane and hot-pressing temperature.However,moisture vapor transport of laminated fabrics decreased with increasing thickness of electrospun nanofiber web and hot-pressing temperature.The maximum value of laminated fabrics’ hydrostatic pressure and moisture vapor transport rate can reach 61.5 cm H2O and 9727.84 g·m-2·d-1,respectively.Also micro/nano laminated fabrics of different levels such as different waterproofness,moisture permeability,air permeability and heat retention property via controlling influence factors. |
