This article investigated the physicochemical properties of six kinds of gasification slag and their residual carbon with the method of XRF,XRD,SEM/EDS,BET and ash fusion analysis meter,and also explored the influence of gasification slag on the gasification reactivity of petroleum coke with CO2/H2O.Besides,the hydrogen production characteristic of catalyst gasification of petroleum coke was also studied in this paper.The results indicated that mineral substance in the gasification slag was existed in the form of no-catalysed inertia substance,such as augite,diopside,aegirite and amorphous phase vitreum.The content of mineral substance which could be soluble in the water or organic bond with the carbon was very low in the gasification slag.The mineral substance which had the acceleration to the gasification reactivity of petroleum coke could be soluble in the HCl,such as Fe2O3 and CaCO3.Ash fusion point(distinguished by FT)of straw gasification slag was higher than coal’s.All the coal gasification slag was easy to slag-bonding and scaling,among them LNHZ was most.After slow pyrolysis and gasification,the aromaticity of straw was increased from the 0.746 of straw to 0.981 of residual carbon.The ordering of gasification activity among residual carbons from coal gasification slag and their rapid pyrolysis char was as follows:DSHHZ>DSHFH>SF-RP1400,which indicated that the residual carbons was not the ordering carbon which was left in the gasification of materials,but the carbon granule which was captured by the fusing mineral substance.Gasification slag could improve the gasification reactivity of petroleum coke with CO2/H2O,increase the release rate of gaseous product and improve the content of H2 effectively.With 30%content of straw gasification slag,the CO2 reaction rate was about 6.45 times more than that of petruleom coke only,the content of H2 raised 10%in the steam gasification reaction.There was a linear relationship between the catalysis of different slag on petroleum coke gasification with the content of Fe2O3+CaO+Na2O+K2O in slag.Fe2O3,CaO and K2CO3 could catalyse the steam gasification reaction of petroleum coke,increase the release rate of gaseous product and improve the gas composition.Adsorbent CaO could decrease the CO2 content of gaseous product and improve the content of H2.The range of improvement was from 2.23%to 25.34%.When the loading content of K/Fe composite catalyst was 1 mmol metal ion/g-C,the gasification temperature was 650℃,additive amount of CaO was 3g,adsorption temperature was 720℃,the H2 content of gaseous product in steam gasification reaction of petroleum coke was 73.42%. |
