| In recent years,carbon materials has become a hotspot of research due to its unique physical and chemical properties.In order to make the application fields of carbon materials more widely,the Magnetic composite materials combined with Fe3O4 nanoparticles composites is expected to be widely used in drug transport,battery,water treatment,catalytic aspects and obtain broad application prospects.In this paper,I prepared the Fe3O4 magnetic fluids modified by oleic acid with the method of coprecipitation,and then using the method of monomer polymerization,(1)Synthesized the magnetic polymer microspheres Fe3O4/PMMA/PAN with core/shell structure,in which the monomers were methyl methacrylate(MMA)or acrylonitrile(AN)respectively;(2)Magnetic polymers of Fe3O4/PMMA/P(AN-St)and Fe3O4/PMMA/PAN were prepared with core/shell/shell structures respectively by employing AN as monomer or AN/styrene(St)as mixed monomers through the method of seed emulsion polymerization with the Fe3O4/PMMA emulsion as the seed;and characterized the morphology and structure of the magnetic compounds through IR,SEM and TG.The results show that the particle size of Magnetic fluid was about 40 nm particles on average,and the magnetic Fe3O4/PMMA polymer,Fe3O4/PMMA/P(AN-ST)and Fe3O4/PMMA/PAN were the nanoparticles with Size uniformity and good dispersion,the average particle size of them were 80,150 and 100 nm,respectively.Prepared the magnetic carbon nanospheres Fe3O4/C by carbonizing the different precursor of magnetic polymer microspheres in N2 protection in the tube furnace under high temperature,characterized through IR,SEM,TEM and BET.In order to study the adsorption performance of magnetic carbon ball,we used methylene blue(MB),bisphenol A(BPA),1-2-Benzenediol and 1,4-Dihydroxyanthraquinone the adsorbate,respectively,examined the influence of adsorption by contact time,temperature and initial concentration,adsorption. |
