Polyethylene material is widely used in high voltage transmission line and industrial production.Because of polyethylene material superior insulation performance and the advantages of environmental friendly,so it becomes the first choice of the cable insulation materials.Polyethylene material is easy to get aging in the field accumulation of space charge,even breakdown in higher local space charge.This may give people brought huge economic losses.In recent years,nano composite can effectively inhibit the space charge injection,so the research becomes the main research direction at present.This article mainly aims to discuss the use of doping mechanism in different combination methods.The doping improves the electrical conductivity of magnesium oxide on the experiment.This experiment can provide more stable polyethylene insulation materials.In bulk phase structure system,at the beginning,we confirm the bonding position by using the CASTEP module which provided by Materials studio.Using the bonding energy and the bond length,we can get the suited position to the whole structure.In the second place,we build a two-probe system structure which based on the suitable optimal bonding.Finally,in ATK software,the band,the density of state and the orbital can give us a clear result.We can get a certain understanding about the electronic structure of nano-magnesia oxide/PE.Through the subsequent analysis of two-probe system structure,concluded that the change mechanism of electrical conductivity.So we can get more stable polyethylene materials.In two-probe system structure,first of all,we use the optimal bonding model to establish the model of structure,geometry optimization.The result shows that the vertical model can get the lowest energy.Secondly,the current voltage curves of three kinds of models are calculated by the ATK software.As a result,the incline model has a biggest current changing with the change of the bias.The parallel model change is quite gentle,and the vertical model almost does not have current change.The overall changes are not violent.The current change has little effect on the conductivity.Finally,we calculate the three different structure models of energy spectrum,density of state,MPSH and transmission spectrum.Through the analysis of the maps can explain the changing rule of the current voltage map,which has a guiding effect on the transport mechanism. |
