| Acephate is the acetylated derivant of methamidophos and it is a very imoprtant organophosphorus insecticide.Because of its low-toxic,less-persistent,efficient and broad-spectrum,it is welcomed by consumers.At present,industrial production of acephate is universal using the process route:the first step is isomerisation reaction and the second step is acylation reaction in our country.The final yield of O,S-dimethyl-N-acetyl-phoshoramidothioate is about 75% calculated on O,O-dimethyl-phosaidothioate.There is about 5%-7% O,O-dimethyl-N-acetyl-phoshoramidothioate created during the process of acetylation but the existing process can’t separate them.It canaffect the purity of acephate.When they are be discharged into waste water,it is not o nly waste the materials,but also pollutes the environment.So separated the 0,0-dimet hyl-N-acetylphoshoramidothioate and resources recycling advantage of them is not only have economic benefits,but also have social benefits.This article is base on the predecessor’s research,using origin 7.5 software to fit these extraction balance data and reverse extraction balance datas.So we can get the extract distribution curve and reverse extract distribution curve.We use MATLB software to programme and combining with enterprise’s technique situation.Estabishing the multi-stage reflux extraction separation tower to separate acephate and 0,0-dimethyl-N-acetyl-phoshoramidothioate.Analoging computation and optimization the multilevel reflux extraction tower and the crafts tower.Calculation result shows that:in order to make O,O-dimethyl-N-acetyl-phoshoramidothioate’s extraction rateat about 99.00%,and the acephate only partially be extracted,the concentraction of 0,0-dimethyl-N-acetyl-phoshoramidothioate in residual phase should be 0.001.The optimized ratio of dissolvent and solution is 0.3.With the increaseing of the theoreticcal stage.The extraction rate will increase gradually.The optimized extraction stage is 3 and the extraction rate of 0,0-dimethyl-N-acetyl-phoshoramidothioate is 99.08%.The concentration of acephate in residual phase is 83.20%.In the reverse extraction process,the lower the concentration of acephate,the higher the reverse extraction rate.In order to make the extraction rate of acephate at about 99.00%,the best concentration of acephate in residual phase is 0.01;the optimized ratio of dissolvent and solution is 0.8.With the increaseing of the theoretical stage,the extraction rate will increase gradually.The optimized extraction stage is 4 and the reverse extraction rate of acephate is 99.39%.Changing 0,0-dimethyl-N-acetyl-phoshoramidothioate into acephate by sulphur-amine-method and optimizing the process.We have got the best process parameters of this method.The best ratio of reactants is 1:1.1:1.1:1.5-1.6 which is the molar-ratio of 0,0-dimethyl-N-acetyl-phoshoramidothioate,sulphur,ammonium sulfate sulfide and dimethyl sulfate.The best temperature of the sulfur-ammonium-reation is on is 45℃,and the best reaction time of it is 2.5 hour.The best temperature of the me hylation-reaction is 30℃,and the best reaction time of it is 1.5 hour.In this process conditions,the final yield of acephate can reach 99.15%. |
