| With the development of international trade and economy,by the time the growing demand for ceramic makes more and more regions begin the production of ceramics,the pressure for manufacturers is increasing too.On the one hand,the supply of ceramic keeps increasing,and requirement of the products quality,appearance and other aspects have become more sophisticated,which means the competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce.On the other hand,under the circumstance of intermational financial crisis having not disappeared completely and the pressure of RMB appreciation,ceramics export meet restrictions,greatly affected this old ceramic city Zibo.Less well-known brands,not strong innovation capability,limited R&D capabilities and other reasons have become the most serious constraints for the development of Zibo ceramics enterprises.But it is precisely in this environment that SDFT enterprise is thriving to become one of China’s top ten enterprises in domestic ceramics industry and one’s well-known trademark in China from a little-known village enterprise,after more than ten years of continuous product innovation.SDFT Company’s success has a profound corporate culture and background.Its product innovation strategy,not only lays a solid foundation for the development of itself,but also provides beneficial reference for Zibo ceramics strategic adjustment and the transformation and upgrading of the ceramics industry of our country.This research takes SDFT Company for example,with the theory of strategic management,operations nanagement,management,economics,marketing,human resource development and administration,and other connected theories,based on the research both at home and abroad,taking innovative product strategy analysis as the theme.First of all,we analyze the current development situation of the ceramic industry and the development process of SDFT Company,to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the innovative strategies systeIn of its products,and learn from its successful experience in product irnovation.By the same time,we point out the existing problems in product innovation,and finally put forward practical suggestions for optimizing SDFT company ceramic product innovation strategy.Through systematizing,theorizing and modelling the success of the SDFT Company and its product innovation experience in this paper,we get the general rule of enterprise product innovation,and provide beneficial reference for other scholars conduct the research of enterprise product innovation strategy.We hope this thesis can give some inspiration for the same types and other related businesses. |
