In this paper,the ternary copper(II)complexes and sulfo of quinoline ligand(7-iodine base-8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulphonic acid(Ihqs)or 8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulphonic acid(hqs)]and imidazole(imida),histamine(hista)ternary mixed complexes system structure characteristics.The results showed that both of sulfo and iodo group are coorperative in favouring the aromatic ring stacking interactions occurring intramolecularly in the complex molecules.In addition,three kinds of single crystal complex,[Cu(hqs)(imida)2]-H20(1),[Cu(hqs)(hista)]-2H20(2),[Cu(Ihqs)(imida)2]-CH3OH(3)have been separated and their crystal structures have been established by X-ray diffraction method.Our previous studies of copper(II)or zinc(II)and Ihqs single ligand to form complexes,Zinc(II)by sulfonic group oxygen-zinc(II)axial complementary octahedral coordination pairs of molecules formed by polymer,the polymer by sulfonate group oxygen-coordination between the molecules of water hydrogen bonds formed unique two-dimensional layered structure;copper(II)to spin octahedral configurations,succeeded in building a by iodine-copper(II)coordination polymerization lead special layered supramolecular assembly structure.And this article with the introduction of imida and hista,their crystal structures have been established,formed a square cone-shaped three coordination structure,embodies the iodine and sulfonate group coordination characteristics.And through the analysis and study of these crystal supramolecular structure of complexes,especially sulfonic acid and iodine based coordination characteristics,according to the different environment,can adjust their weak interaction way,heralding the supramolecular structure properties of sulfonic group coordination.The structural analyses for these crystalline complexes revealed a novel supramolecular.The finding in this paper may be informative for understanding the possible structural effects of the iodo groups and coordination characteristics of sulfonate group in thyroid hormone molecules. |
