The research of energy and materials science focus on cellulose material gradually due to the shortage of global oil resources and environmental problems.Cellulose is the largest renewable resources of the world, and it has a promising application in industries. In this paper r the preparation and application of cdlulose/graphene paper were studied.Furthermore,we employed the NCC as a dispersant to prepare the AKD/NCC emulsiont, then the AKD/NCC was used for surfacing sizing.Firstly, the wet-end formation process was employed to prepare cellulose/graphene conductive paper, which is one-step process. The cellulose/graphene slurry showed excellent sedimentation stability because of the addition of graphene.CPAM can improve the retention of graphene, the value of retention was up to 99.91%.CPAM would introduce the agglomeration of graphene and the decrease of slurry’s surface area, which was beneficial to the drainage property of the slurry. Therefore, the charge of slurry decreased while the zeta potential enhanced.Furthermore, the mechnical of cellulose/graphene paper increased by the addtion of CPAM.The optimum addition of CPAM was 0.02 wt%.A excellent cycling stability at 1000 mA/g after 1400 cycles, with 125 mAh/g capacity.Subsequently, the effect of super calender process on the properties of conductive paper was investigated. When the addition of graphene was 55 wt%,the volume resistivity of conductive paper was 94.70Ω·cm while that of conductive paper decreased to 35.46Ω·cm after super calender process.Furthermore, the aging tests were conducted to assessing the durability of conductive paper. The aging experimental indicates that although the volume resistivity increased after the aging treatment, the cellulose/graphene conductive paper still possesses excellent anti-static ability and can be used as anti-static materials. We employed nanocrystalline cellulose(NCC)as an efficient dispersant to perpare alkyl ketene dimer(AKD)emulsion. The particle size and zeta potential of AKD/NCC emulsion were measured, which were approximately 5μm and-50 mV,respectively. The surface-sized paper possessed multiple barriers properties. The air permeability of surface-sized paper was 0.29 μm/Pa·s and the sizing degree reached 42s when the amount of sizing was 12.58 g/m~2 with a 96.83%decrease and a 40.00%,increase,respectively.Furthermore,the mechanical properties were optimal when the amount of sizing was about 8g/m~2.AKD/NCC emulsion acted as a good reinforcing agent in surface-sized paper.
