Botanical fungicides have the advantages of high selectivity,no pollution of the environment,safety of non target organisms,low toxicity,low residue,long use time and variety,and become a hotspot of new pesticide research and development.In order to obtain the plant source material has broad spectrum antibacterial activity of plant bacterial diseases,this study used 10 kinds of bacteria have antibacterial activity of botanical substances reported on Konjac soft rot(Erwinia carotovora),kiwifruit bacterial canker(Pseudomonas syringae),black walnut(Xanthomonas campestris),Setosphaeria erwiniacarotovora(Erwinia carotorora)4 kinds of pathogenic bacteria of antifungal activity screening and tested by MIC and the field efficacy test of konjac soft rot.Through systematic research,the main results are as follows:(1)The antimicrobial effect of 10 species of plant species on four pathogenic bacteria was determined by agar drilling method,The results show that the antibacterial effect of konjac soft rot better with sanguinarine,emodin and chamaejasmine,at the concentration of1000μg·mL-1,the diameter of inhibition zone were 19.3 mm,17.3 mm and 11.9 mm,were better than or equal to 2000μg·mL-1streptomycin effect(the inhibition diameter 12 mm);The best inhibitory effect on the pathogen of kiwifruit canker was chamaejasmine and emodin.When the concentration was 1000μg·mL-1,the diameter of bacteriostatic circle reached 13.3mm and 12.2 mm,respectively,and the diameter was 12 mm;The antibacterial effect of walnut is the best spots osthole,at the concentration of 1000μg·mL-1,the diameter of inhibition zone was 11 mm,and the effect of treatment is streptomycin;and the bacteriostatic effect of 10 botanical substances on erwiniacarotovora were relatively low.(2)The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of plant-derived material with good antibacterial activity was determined by double dilution method.The results showed that emodin and sanguinarine on Konjac soft rot bacteria MIC values were 7.8μg·mL-1、15.6μg·mL-1,MIC values were significantly lower than that of streptomycin 31.3μg·mL-1;emodin on kiwifruit bacterial canker MIC and streptomycin had the same 3.9μg·mL-1.Chamaejasmine of kiwifruit bacterial canker MIC value is 15.6μg·mL-1;showed good antibacterial activity.(3)Field trial results show konjac soft rot:root irrigation+spray treatment,pesticide concentration is 10μg·mL-11 emodin and 19μg·mL-11 of sanguinarine highest control effect were 79.77%、71.55%;followed by berberine 3000μg·mL-11 and sanguinarine+chamaejasme5μg·mL-11 was respectively 66.13%、60.58%,were higher than the concentration of the contrast agent of streptomycin 288μg·mL-1control effect of 57.54%high,showing good control effect.Separate treatment of root irrigation,sanguinarine+stellerin pesticide concentration in 5μg·mL-11 and sanguinarine in pesticide concentration is 19μg·mL-11 the highest control effect were 77.76%、75.75%;followed by spraying concentration was 3000μg·mL-11 of berberine and 5μg·mL-11 of emodin and the control effect reached 64.10%and 63.79%,than the concentration of the contrast agent of streptomycin 288μg·mL-11 control effect of 60.58%,showing a good preventive effect of konjac soft rot bacteria.Summary:This study mainly through the 4 kinds of antibacterial test bacteria screening,spectrum and plant source materials widely 3 kinds of antibacterial,further verification by test and field test of MIC,to determine the antibacterial effect of 3 kinds of botanical substances on pathogenic bacteria were studied.On the basis of botanical bactericide. |
