Due to the large contact area and high yield of horizontal wells,the technology has been widely used in various gas fields.However,with the development of gas fields,some of the horizontal gas wells accumulated more serious,resulting in a sharp decline in gas production,serious production of gas wells.At present,the carrying fluid model of the straight well can predict the gas well effluent well,and the drainage technology for the vertical well has achieved good results.The field production shows that the current horizontal well drainage gas production process is poor,and the existing level of gas wells continuous liquid theory can not give a reasonable explanation.It can be seen that the research on the mechanism of carrying fluid in horizontal gas wells is not perfect.Therefore,it is necessary to study the mechanism of carrying liquid in horizontal gas wells,analyze the law of carrying fluid in horizontal wells,deepen the understanding of carrying fluid in horizontal wells,and finally discharge gas wells.In this paper,we first analyze the modeling mechanism and model characteristics of the existing well and horizontal well carrying fluid model,and then analyze the mechanism of gas well carrying out the liquid well to find the liquid carrying model suitable for horizontal well.In this paper,a "simulated horizontal gas-liquid two-phase flow simulator" was designed and simulated.The experiment was carried out to simulate the carrying capacity of horizontal,vertical and inclined sections of horizontal wells.According to the experiment,it is found that the oblique section first reaches the critical liquid,and it is the most difficult to carry the liquid position.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the experiment of continuous carrying fluid in the inclined pipe.The influencing factors of the pressure drop gradient of the inclined pipe were found by the characteristic experiment of the inclined pipe pressure drop,and the liquid carrying model of the horizontal well was evaluated by the experimental data.The factors influencing the critical flow velocity of the inclined pipe are studied experimentally,and the influencing factors of the gas reservoir effluent and the influencing factors of the liquid carrying capacity are analyzed.Finally,a solid foam drainage technology is proposed for the typical wells in the gas field,and the field test is carried out.The drainage effect is obtained and the rationality of the countermeasure is verified.The research results of this paper have some guiding significance to the horizontal well drainage process in the horizontal wells.
