Plant growth regulator is widely used in agricultural production in both domestic and foreign markets.Its function characteristic include that dosage is very few,effect is very good and the main effect is to increase production,improve quality,promote the mature,control flowering,slow down the aging process,increase resistance,etc.At present,as people's requirements on life level and quality being higher,national begin to attach more importence to the security of this chemicals.Most of plant growth regulator registered in the our country by relevant inspection departments formulate residue limits listed after the audit are of low toxicity,non-toxic and less residue,they are very safety.Many research institutions have begun to develop high efficiency,low toxicity and no residual as plant growth regulator of key research projects.But the variety and quantity cannot satisfy the demand of the market.The production which market is widely applied are N,N-diethyl-2-(3,4-dichlorobenzene oxygen radicals)ethylamine(DCPTA)and diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate(DA-6).DA-6 is the ramification of DCPTA,and both of them are higher plant growth regulator with broad spectrum and good effect.In this article,we use the diethylamino ethanol as the main raw material,respectively with malonic acid,succinic acid,fumaric acid,phthalic acid,terephthalic acid,adipic acid,sebacic acid synthesized of the Krebs cycle,benzoic acid and long chain fatty acid of new plant growth regulator.The three kinds of new type plant growth regulator contain two amino ethanol diethyl ester functional groups which are also the functional groups of DA-6 and DCPTA and have good activity in one molecule.But DCPTA and DA-6 have only one functional group.The compounds in this study contain two relatively active functional groups and have a good plant growth regulating activity.The utilization rate of atom is high and makes its active effect be doubled.The superposition of reactive functional groups can play a role of good plant growth regulating.Compounds can promote seed germination,promote plant growth,enhance photosynthesis,increase crop yield,improve fruit quality and enhance plant resistance,and so on.They have wide application and broad-spectrum activity regulator.In this article,we use 1~H-NMR,FTIR verifying its structure detection methods.The results show that the structure of synthetic product is consistent with the target product.We determinate the biological activities through the seed germination experiment of vegetable seedling and pot experiment.Results show that the several kinds of new synthetic productscan promote seed germination,improve the activity of plant growth,and increase the yield of green vegetables.This kind of plant growth regulator synthesis process is simple,low cost,the esterification rate is high,easy to recycle solvent and catalyst,and has the significance advantages of industrialization production.
