| Suitable geographical environment,the vast land area,and the development of the long history has literally become big country of traditional Chinese medicines in China and the agricultural country.However,due to the study of Chinese medicine composition is not complete,product quantification standards are not clear,the large number of pesticide use and other issues,thus limiting the development and promotion of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese agricultural products out of the world without barriers.Therefore,the analysis of Chinese herbal medicine and the analysis of pesticide residues in vegetables and tea are two problems that need to be solved urgently.The core steps of analysis of Chinese medicine and pesticide residue analysis are the separation and purification of natural substances and the analysis of pesticide residues Sample pretreatment.Nowadays,for the existing methods of separation and purification of natural substances and pesticide residue analysis of sample pretreatment methods,although the purpose can be achieved,but its green chemical philosophy and economic benefits have great shortcomings.Inspired by the former,this paper established a kind of not only the operation is simple,rapid and effective method,and the method of basic no effect to human body health,separation material recycled,in addition to the target to remove material can also be collected.In this paper,the use of iron salts on chlorophyll and ginkgolic acid selective adsorption,and then this excellent characteristics of tea and vegetables in pesticide residue analysis sample pretreatment.This article mainly from the following several aspects work:1、The use of various metal salts to adsorb chlorophyll,by detecting the adsorption supernatant Chlorophyll content and visual picture of the depth of the color to determine the adsorption effect.Experiment examines the various kinds of metal salts in different solvent adsorption effect of chlorophyll.The reaction time and the reaction temperature were optimized under the optimum reaction metal ions and reaction solvent conditions.The optimum conditions for the adsorption of chlorophyll were determined,i.e.,the adsorption ion was Fe3+,the reaction solvent was n-hexane,the reaction temperature was 25℃and the reaction time was 5 min.2、Iron salts as chlorophyll and ginkgo acid separation of the carrier,for adsorption of ginkgolic acid in ginkgo biloba extract.The results showed that the specific adsorption capacity of iron salts with different amounts of combined water was different.Therefore,the adsorption of chlorophyll in Ginkgo biloba extract was studied by FeCl3·6H2O,and the adsorption of ginkgo biloba was studied by FePO4·2H2O and Fe2O3,And finally using ethanol would off ginkgo acid,in order to achieve the effect of ginkgo acid concentration and purification.3、With FePO4·2H2O as the adsorption carrier for the pesticide residue analysis in tea and vegetables,the chlorophyll was removed from the tea and vegetable extracts.The standard addition recovery rate of pesticides in tea and vegetables was compared with that the chlorophyll was not removed and the chlorophyll was removed by this method,and the minimum detection limit of the method.The experimental results show that the method of the minimum detection limit was very good,the results more realistic and accurate after the removal of chlorophyll.4、With FePO4·2H2O as adsorption carrier of chlorophyll,separation and purification of chlorophyll.Through the investigation and optimization of desorption agent,identified with ethanol as the desorption agent.With high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)、uv-vis spectrophotometer、atomic absorption spectrophotometer、Fourier transform infrared spectrometer as characterization methods to determine the composition of the eluent. |
