With the rapid development of economy in our country,air pollution caused by SO2 and NOx gaseous pollutants produced by industrial and civil coal combustion is becoming more and more serious.At present,China is one of the largest NOx emitters.The domestic emission standards for coal-fired flue gas are also more and more strict.It is necessary to grope for a new technology of desulfurization and denitrification from flue gas.For the first time,the gas-liquid vertical cross-flow biofilm-packing tower was applied to the field of simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification form flu gas.This research was funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China"Application and basic study on strengthening technical methods for simultaneous denitrification and desulfurization from flue gas"(NO.51278447).In this study,the gas-liquid vertical cross-flow biofilm-packing tower was used instead of the project team's original gas-liquid countercurrent biofilm-packing tower as the reaction park of simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification from flue gas.The feasibility of the new type of reactor with high efficiency of desulfurization and denitrification from flue gas was demonstrated.The experimental results show that the desulfurization efficiency of the new gas-liquid vertical cross-flow biofilm-packing tower was 100%,and the average denitrification efficiency was 33.42%.The nitrogen removal efficiency was improved by 8.42%compared with that of the project team's original gas-liquid countercurrent biofilm-packing tower.SO2 and NOx simulation of flue gas on the basis of laboratory preparation for the purification of research objects.By changing the system's SO2 and NOx inlet concentration,gas flow rate,liquid flow rate and other conditions,explore the best operating conditions of the new gas-liquid vertical cross-flow biofilm-packing tower.The best conditions were:the inlet nitrogen oxide gas and sulfur dioxide concentration were 1900?2500mg/m3 and 800?2500mg/m3,the gas flow was 0.16m3/h,the circulating fluid flow was 10L/h.In order to further strengthen the gas-liquid vertical cross-flow biofilm-packing tower simultaneous desulfurization from flu gas and denitrification performance,add denitrifier special growth enhancer to further enhance the new reactor simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification from flu gas performance,which increased nitrogen removal rate of 15.6%,desulfurization rate remained 100%.This study laid a good foundation for using the gas-liquid vertical cross-flow biofilm-packing tower efficient simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification from flu gas.
