In order to understand Metals Pollution and harms of atmospheric particulate matter TSP,PM10,PM2.5 and PM2.5 In the Northern suburb of Nanjing,this paper was collected TSP,PM10,PM2.5 and PM2.5 samples.ICP-MS was used to analysis the content value of metals(K,Ca,Fe,Al,Na,Zn,Mg,Pb,Mn,Cu,Ti,Ni,Cr,Ba and As)in TSP,PM10,PM2.5 and PM2.5,we also used enrichment factor method,correlation method and principal component analysis method to analysis roughly source of metals of the Northern suburb of Nanjing winter outdoor,summer outdoor and summer indoor TSP,PM10,PM2.5 and PM2.5.Cummulative inder and potential,ecological risk assessment was used to evalutate the degree of harms of Metals of TSP,PM10,PM2.5 and PM2.5 in the Northern suburb of Nanjing,we also use the US EPA was proposed health risk assessment model and the exposure factor of undergraduate,middle school student and elementary school student was we investigated to evalutate the degree of harms of undergraduate,middle school student and elementary school student of Heavy Metals of PM2.5 in the Northern suburb of Nanjing,we also evalutalte the degree of harms of children,adult male and adult woman in the Northern suburb of Nanjing.The main findinds are as follows:(1)The order of atmospheric particulate in surth surbub of Nanjing:winter outdoor>summer outdoor>summer indoor.Compear with ambient air quality standart(AAQS)(GB3095-2012),the value of PM2.5 was byond the limits in the winter outdoor.The value of As and other Heavey Metal of winter outdoor were more of summer outdoor and summer indoor,besides,the value of As,Al,Mn,Ti,Pb,As and Ni of summer outdoor a more of summer indoor,the value of Na Ca Fe,K and Mg of fine particulate matter(PM2.5,PM5 and PM10)of summer indoor were more of summer outdoor.(2)Enrichment factor analysis is showed:In winter outdoor,As,Cu,Pb,Zn and Ni are all affected by anthropogenic sources,For all elements of the study,in summer indoor and summer outdoor,Al,Fe,K,and Ti all mainly come from the soil;The results of correlation analysis showed that the smaller the particle size was,the smaller the particle size was between the same elements in indoor and outdoor summer;The results of principal component analysis showed that the metals of particulate matter in the Northern suburb of Nanjing mainly came from soil,traffic emission,biomass combustion,industrial production and coal fired fuel.(3)Potential ecological risk assement showed that the potential ecological risk most harm appeared with TSP in winter outdoor in the surbub of Nanjing,the little harm appeared with PM10 in summer outdoor.For the single factor of potential ecological risk value,the most harm appeared with Cu in winter outdoor PM10(4)From the perspective of the calculation result in cumulation index:the max value of Igeo was 12.61,appeared with Cr in PM2.5 in the summer indoor,the min value of Igeo was-277.95,appeared with Mn in PM5 in winter outdoor.(5)The health risk assessment showed:For undergraduate,middle school student and elementary school students,the value of non carcinogenic health risks through respiratory pathways of Zn,Pb,Mn,Cu,Ni,Cr and As was less than 1,indicating less harm to humans.The carcinogenic risk of Ni,Cr,and As through respiratory pathways was between 5.1E-07 and 5.1E-06;For children,adult females and adult males,7 non carcinogenic health risk through the respiratory pathway was less than 1,studies show that no element of non cancer risk,For Ni,Cr and As,3 kinds of heavy metals through the respiratory pathway of cancer risk values was greater than the acceptable level of 10-6.
