Due to the functional groups(-RN-),Schiff base has an important role in the analysis of chemical and catalytic corrosion, but also it has anti-tumor,anti-bacterial and other inhibition activities. In this paper, the five novel Schiff base metal complexes were synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction,IR and Fluorescence. Some of Schiff base metal complexes were studied for antimicrobial and anticancer activities. Moreover, the interaction of the five metal complexes with FabF was studied by molercular docking method and found the remarkable amino acid residues group with the enzyme. In one hand, experiments explore the relationship between the Schiff base complex and the antibacterial activity by using the paper agar diffusion method. It has found that the complex M5 was sensitive to Staphylococcus aureus and it has antibacterial activity. The antimicrobial susceptibility of the complex M5 against Staphylococcus aureus R82 is stronger than CAC,CAZ,CFX,FEP,P,LVF and AM.And the complex M5 against Staphylococcus aureus R130 is stronger than CAC,CAZ,CFX,FEP,P,LVF and AM.In the other hand, the anticancer activity of the Schiff base complexes were studied by the MTT.The experiment results showed the complex M3 has stronger anticancer activity against tumor cancer cell A549 and tumor cancer cell HepG2 than the DDP.It has provided a theoretical basis for selecting out Schiff base metal compounds with high efficiency, low toxicity and high selectivity. Thus,Ml and M3 can be used to further molecular targeting research.
