In the low emission requirements,the dust reentrainment will greatly reduce the efficiency of electrostatic precipitator.Therefore,it is more and more important to study how to control the Dust reentrainment.It encounters a bottleneck because of the inefficient processing of back corona and dust reentrainment.Moving-electrode ESP technology is an innovation of traditional electrostatic precipitator technology.Moving-electrode ESP can keep the collecting plate clean and prevent the back corona.More than this,the rotating cleaning system of Moving-electrode ESP can be cleaned by the cleaning brush while it rotating on the non-dust collection area,which can eliminate the dust reentrainment and achieve a higher collecting efficiency.Moving-electrode ESP can make a big progress and meet the even lower emission requirement much easier.In this paper,we starting from the working principle of Moving-electrode ESP technology.Analysis of the properties of the final stage electric field fly ash.The primary task of Moving-electrode ESP technology research mainly focus on how to solve the problem of dust charged.In this study,we found the best form of electrode mode by different experimental contrast.We also analyzed the main components&functions of the Moving-electrode ESP,and studied the problems in use.In order to optimize the structure,we instructed structural design by software analysis.And then we formulated a comprehensive standard of installation&operation on this new style ESP to reduce the equipment failure,which even provided a real steady technology guarantee for the moving-electrode ESP.At the end of this paper,we introduced the application of Moving-electrode ESP in the Unit 3#ESP retrofit of Jiaozuo Power Generation Co.,Ltd In order to achieve an ultra-low emission efficiency,we analyzed all conditions and finally decided to apply the technology of Moving-electrode ESP in this project.After a half year of stable operation,we made a performance test,which showed that the final outlet of the ESP was only 26.1 mg/Nm3.
