Research the stress variation and distribution of insulating laminated toughened glass plate in the process of the curtain wall cold-formed construction to determine the mechanical properties of glass plate after cold-formed.study process of deformation,stress change process,and stress in the end of cold-formed state insulating laminated toughened glass plate in extreme conditions of temperature and the temperature change,numerical simulation analysis is carried out on the insulating laminated toughened glass by using the finite element analysis software.Design a chambers used to simulate the temperature changing environmental conditions to be applied to the study of cold-formed test and temperature test,when cold-formed test,under room temperature environment,through the special loader to make glass comer point have a out-of-plane displacement to form insulating laminated toughened glass that four points are not coplanar of the cold-formed configuration in the process of installation.When the temperature test,along the parallel to the direction of the glass curtain wall,separate chambers for indoor and outdoor space,outdoor space is used to simulate heating and short cooling environment,interior space is used to simulate indoor environment?Two pieces of glass used in the test specimen are from different factory,two glass specimen processing method and material is consistent,the same test method.When cold-formed test,each measuring point stress of glass surface is linear increase with the increase of the forced displacement.loading to maximum displacement,near the forced displacement measuring point the first principal stress of curtain wall glass is larger,away from the forced displacement measuring point value of the first principal stress is small,at curtain wall glass four central plane stress are smaller,at outside piece of glass the first principal stress is obvious,in the piece of middle glass and inner glass the first principal stress and the third principal stress are roughly equal.for the two glass from different factory maximum tensile stress occurred on the surface of the outer glass appearance the same spatial location(that is,the displacement loading point near the loading end).When the heating test,Glass curtain wall is from indoor to outdoor arch bend deformation,curtain wall glass temperature stress is linear growth along with the increase of indoor and outdoor air cavity temperature difference.four curtain wall glass surface stress is mainly compressive stress,the outer glass of air layer compressive stress is obvious,two pieces of glass's maximum temperature stress occurred on the same space locationon on the surface of the glass(near the constraint of the displacement load point).When short-term cooling test,glass curtain wall is the concave deformation from outside to inside,before cooling formation of the compressive stress decreases gradually along with the growth of the contraction deformation,the first principal stress increases,the third principal stress significantly reduced,the measured stress by the central of the glass is given priority to with compressive stress into a small tensile stress.Cold-formed and the maximum temperature superposition tensile stress of the two glass occurs on the same location on the surface of the outer glass appearance(i.e,near the lower edge of the glass at the end of the load displacement constraints).The finite element theoretical stress and the experimental stress is perfectly,and proved that the finite element model is closer to actual.
