At present, people's concept of green has been strengthened, and the requirements for environmental protection are constantly increasing.Therefore,water-based anti-corrosion coatings have become popular in the field of coatings. In the future development of water-based metal coatings,it will inevitably replace the traditional coatings market recognition.Waterborne acrylic emulsions have excellent properties such as flexibility, heat resistance, adhesion, and low cost. They are one of the most widely used systems for waterborne anti-corrosion coatings. In this dissertation, the preparation process of coating with waterborne acrylic resin emulsion as film was designed and synthesized with tinplate as the substrate, and the properties were charactterized. The main tasks of this paper are: 1.Optimization of coating base formula and study on its corrosion resistanceThere are many factors affecting the properties of aqueous coatings, such as coating composition and environment.Firstly, the additives were screened through the macroscopic morphology of the coating, followed by the orthogonal experimental design method to optimize the basic formulation of the selected additives,anti-corrosion fillers, and film formers. The electrochemical performance, chemical resistance, and water resistance of the optimal formulation were characterized.2.Study on corrosion Resistance of Waterborne Acrylic Acid anticorrosive coating by PTFEDifferent levels of PTFE were used to modify the waterborne acrylic emulsion to improve the anticorrosive properties of the waterborne acrylic anticorrosion coating.Through the characterization of the coating's electrochemical properties, mechanical properties, salt resistance and coating morphology,it wasfound that the anticorrosive and mechanical properties of the coatings were obviously improved when 2% PTFE was added to the coating system.3.Corrosion Resistance of Nano-SiO2 on Waterborne Acrylic Anticorrosion CoatingsDifferent levels of nano-SiO2 were used to modify the corrosion resistance of waterborne acrylic emulsions.Through the characterization of the electrochemical performance, hardness, adhesion and salt resistance of different content nano-coatings,the results showed that the coating with 3% SiO2 had the bestanticorrosion effect and prolonged the effective time of coating.
