In recent years,slaughtering and meat processing industry is developing rapidly,the pollution of it is also increasing.A large number of wastewater is generated,a lot of meat residue,oil and blood are contained in it,organism,ammonia nitrogen and oil are in high concentrations,the wastewater is difficult to deal with,the water can hardly meet the discharge standard.To provide a feasible process scheme for Shenyang Shuanghui Food Co.is the aim of this study,design each process unit to ensure the wastewater from slaughtering and meat processing industry can meet the discharge standard and reduce the water pollution.Slaughtering and meat processing wastewater in Shenyang Shuanghui Food Co.is the object of this research,the treatment of slaughtering and meat processing wastewater from pretreatment+biochemical process is researched.Through the method of the simulation and experimental verification,optimizing the treatment of slaughtering and meat processing wastewater from Shenyang Shuanghui Food Co.and designing the engineering.The research includs the yield of wastewater;the determination and analysis of water quality;the determination of wastewater discharge standard;the comparison and experimental verification of wastewater treatment technique and optimization and design of process parameters.Through the analysis of quantity and quality of wastewater,combining with the production process of Shenyang Shuanghui Food Co.,with reference to quantity and quality of wastewater from other cities,determine the treatment scale of wastewater is 6000m3/d,COD,BOD5,SS,TN,ammonia nitrogen,animal fats and pH of inlet water quality are 4000mg/L?2000mg/L?3000mg/L?240mg/L?170mg/L?600mg/L and 6?9.The quality of effluent water are COD=300mg/L?BOD5=250mg/L?SS=300mg/L?TN=50mg/L?ammonia nitrogen =30mg/L?animal fats =60mg/L,meet the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard of Liaoning(DB21/1627-2008)and meat processing industrial water pollutant discharge standard(GB13457-1992),the water meets the discharge standard discharged into Puhebei sewage treatment work in Shenbei.Through the comparison and experiment validation,finally decided to adopt the treatment process scheme of 'drain tank+air flotation+hydrolytic acidification+A2/O biological treatment process and chlorine dioxide disinfection'.The animal and plant oil and SS can be removed effectively by oil separation tank + gas floating pretreatment,the organic matter can also be removed.Organic matter and ammonia nitrogen can be removed effectively by hydrolytic acidification+A2/O biological treatment process.Design calculation and the experiment result show that the quality of water from the treatment can meet the discharge standard.The oil separation tank+air flotation+hydrolytic acidification+A2/0 biological treatment process+chlorine dioxide disinfection process in Shenyang Shuanghui Food Co.treat the slaughtering and meat processing wastewater can make a good treatment effect of organic matter and ammonia nitrogen.The quality of effluent water can meet the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard of Liaoning(DB21/1627-2008)and meat processing industrial-water pollutant discharge standard(GB13457-1992).The process have a strong resistance to shock loading and a stable treatment effect,it can be used in slaughtering and meat processing wastewater treatment.
