SCR denitrification technology of flue gas is the key technology for coal-fired power stations to achieve low emission of NOx,and that SCR catalysts are the main components of the SCR system. At present, the most coal-fired power stations adopt V-Ti catalysts as the SCR catalyst, which have high catalytic activity and low cost relatively. After a long running, catalyst will lose efficacy due to poisoning, sintering, plugging, corrosion, etc. The various components of waste SCR catalysts have certain economic value, most of which heavy metal oxides are toxic. If discarded,it will not only waste resource, but also pollute the environment.Despite going through short time for the application of SCR denitration catalyst, there are certain mature wasted SCR catalysts recycling technology mainly divided into dry method and wet method at home and abroad. However, there still exist some problems, such as the separation of tungsten molybdenum component. In order to solve this problem,an experiment has been designed in this paper to research the dissolution characteristics of the tungstenic and molybdenic trioxide in phosphoric acid, and verified the feasibility of tungsten and molybdenum separation by phosphoric acid leaching.By further experiments, the optimum working condition of the phosphoric acid leaching molybdenum is also obtained.Combining with the existing recycling process,I designed a recycling process of wasted SCR catalyst,of which a verified experiment was performed. At the-end of tihs paper,an economic analysis is made to assessment the value of designed recycling process.
