Along with the importance of environmental issues,efforts to protect the environment increased year by year,for dust emission control standards gradually improved,and thus filter performance requirements are also getting higher and higher.To meet these requirements,we need to develop a more excellent performance of the filter,so the study of media performance but also more in-depth.The currently selected baghouse filter materials of various application conditions is still relatively vague,especially if you choose study in high humidity environments dust filter is small,for the collection efficiency of the filter is mainly refers to the overall dust particle filtration efficiency,Single particle of dust particle filtration efficiency and no in-depth,detailed research.In this paper,through the establishment of filter fiber layer geometry,application of CFD software filter for filtering process simulate the fibrous layer,dust filter mechanism fiber layer analysis at the micro level.Research using experimental methods through polyester film treated under polyester,acrylic,PTFE,glass fiber,acrylic,glass fiber filter at 80%air humidity,high humidity conditions,changes in dust concentration dust pipe,into the wind side wind speed,resistance,weight on the filter parameters such as layers of dust,and by comparative analysis of the experimental data.PTFE filter to obtain the best performance of the filter in a high humidity environment,Collection efficiency and PTFE Filtration different size dust filtration velocity at different time of the test study,to find out the relationship between the efficiency of the filter dust,dust particle size,filtration velocity between,Filtration velocity of selected industries dust filter and selection process for the different sizes of dust make constructive comments.
