The experimental study on mechanical properties of fly-ash concrete prepared with large amount of coal gangue and fly ash,the utilization of coal gangue and coal gangue,and by adding polymer to improve fly-ash concrete with large amount of coal gangue,the mechanical properties and durability of the test were studied,and mainly carried on the following research.The utilization and research status of coal gangue concrete,fly ash concrete and polymer modified concrete are summarized and analyzed,the chemical composition and physical properties of coal gangue,fly ash and test materials used in the experiment were analyzed,and to provide the basis for the experimental study of fly ash concrete with high content of coal gangue.Based on the principle of orthogonal test,according to test materials design dosage range,under the common label mixed with large amount of coal gangue powder coal ash concrete with ratio has been optimized.The compressive strength of specimens at different ages was measured,and through the slump,compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,flexural strength test,verified the practicality of the mix ratio.The design and analysis of three different kinds of polymers of styrene,191#unsaturated polyester resin and 196#unsaturated polyester resin were carried out,and different mixing amount of polymer doped amount of coal gangue powder coal ash concrete specimen are preparated,and the concrete test pieces of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),compressive strength,flexural strength,carbonation test are analied and caryyed on,then obtained the test law.
