In the essay,we used titanium dioxide as main research object. We successfully control the synthesis and performance of various morphologies of titanium dioxide nanomaterials under different reaction conditions using a simple solvothermal method.First of all,in the content of the first chapter, the reaction mechanism and research status of semiconductor nanomaterials in photocatalytic reaction were introduced, and the research status and preparation methods of nano titanium dioxide were reviewed. The application of titanium dioxide as a common photocatalyst material in today’s society is reviewed. At the same time, the research status and application of wide band gap Zinc Oxide semiconductor materials are briefly discussed and analyzed.Secondly,in the second chapter,we used the template free hydrothermal synthesis method to prepare the titanium dioxide nanomaterials with flower like titanate as titanium source.Based on the experiment, the growth mechanism of flower like structure was discussed, and the photocatalytic properties of titanium dioxide with special morphology were explored. Then,in the third chapter,we mainly use hydrofluoric acid as the sealing agent to explore the effect of the two kinds of organic acids with different carbon chains with different carbon chains on the change of the morphology of TiO2,and the microstructures and properties of the corresponding products are effective by the hydrothermal method.Surface characteristics and possible working mechanism of titanium dioxide photocatalyst were proposed. Then, the photocatalytic degradation effect of titanium dioxide prepared in the presence of two organic acids was compared.Found out that when using malonic acid as additives, the degradation rate is two times of oxalic acid as additive samples. Then,in the fourth chapter,we use a simple solvent method and four butyl titanate as the titanium source.By changing the hydrofluoric acid, the titania nanomaterials with massive structure have been successfully prepared. The experimental results show that the titania nanomaterial with special structure has good photocatalytic effect. Then,in the fifth chapter,we mainly use a simple solvothermal method to prepare the nanometer sized titanium dioxide with small spherical morphology. The samples are characterized by XRD,electron scanning electron microscopy and nitrogen desorption test. The photocatalytic properties and repeatability of methylene blue are studied. It is found that TiO2 has excellent catalytic effect in photocatalytic degradation experiments. In the sixth chapter,we summarize briefly the main work of three years. The next step is to plan for further exploration, and the main innovations in this paper. In this paper,we mainly based on the solvothermal method to explore the preparation of a variety of morphology and good properties of titanium dioxide nanomaterials. This provides a good basis for the application of titanium dioxide to explore the photocatalytic application of other semiconductor materials on the basis of titanium dioxide.
