Citing the ABR Reactor as the design prototype, this experiment combines packing with Fe0with anaerobic-contact oxidation process to design a new Fe0packed reactor an d test its degradation effect on refractory organics.Beginning with the sludge cultivation inside the reactor, this experiment employs the method which combines increasing inlet COD concentration and decreasing hydraulic retention time to launch AnOR Reactor as well as tests influence on AnOR Reactor from volumetric loading,COD concentration and HRT.The experiment result indicates that the removal rate of Fe0packed reactor for COD can reach 80%after 42-day operation, marking the general completion of reactor launching.Under the same conditions, the successful launching time of R1 reactor is 60days.This experiment also studies the removal rate of new reactor for dye wastewater, finding out the linkings between the reasons of the change in COD concentration as well as pH,chroma and removal efficiency. The experiment result indicates that when the dye concentration is 100mg/L,COD concentration is 2500mg/L and the HRT is settled as 12h,the effluent COD and chroma removal rate can reach at least 86.45%and 82.1%respectively,which demonstrates that it is feasible to apply the device to dye wastewater disposal.
