Nowadays, with the development of printed electronics, multiple conductive ink attracts attention because of its excellent performance. In this paper,to explore the composite effect and application performance of conductive composite material, graphene and polyaniline was used as filler, moreover carboxymethyl cellulose was used as a dispersant and film-forming agent.Firstly, graphene was prepared by chemical reduction of graphene oxide. After the graphite oxide was ultrasonic processed, ascorbic acid was used as reducing agent to reduce the graphene oxide. The optimum preparation conditions were as follows:The reaction temperature was 40℃.The reaction time was 36 h.The amount of ascorbic acid as reducing agent was GO:L-AA=1:10.Under the condition, the conductivity of the reduced graphene oxide can reach 110.2S/cm.And then, the mixed experiment that reduced graphene oxide and carboxymethyl cellulose was discussed to prepare conductive composite film. The optimum experiment conditions were as follows:The composite method was“composite and then reduction”.The composite ratio of GO:CMC=1:6 was selected. The prepared composite film had very high conductivity of 8.5×10-2S/cm.Infrared spectroscopy analysis showed that hydrogen bonds existed between carboxymethyl cellulose and reduced graphene oxide.Based on the above work, the composite system of cellulose-graphene/polyaniline was prepared.Conductive polyaniline was prepared by chemical synthesis. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:The concentration of hydrochloric acid was 1 mol/L.The molar ratio of AN:APS was 1:1.The reaction temperature was 0℃.The prepared conductive polyaniline had yield of 79.32%and conductivity of 9.8S/cm.Furthermore,polyaniline and graphene as mixed filler were composited with carboxymethyl cellulose. The optimum conditions were as follows:The composite method was in-situ polymerization. The composite ratio of mixed filler GO:PANI was 1:1.The conductivity of the composite material was up to 0.91S/cm.Finally,Cellulose-based composite materials for conductive were researched in the anti-static applications.Cellulose-based composites materials for conductive in the previous experiment were respectively film-forming and coating experiments. The experimental results showed:When using graphene and polyaniline as mixed filler, conductivity of conductive film remained unchanged after the conductive film was bent 10 times. When the basis weight was 200g/m2 coated paper, the minimum resistance of the surface paper was 1.35×103Ω.When the coating amount was 9g/m2,the minimum resistance of the sample was 1.35×103Ω.In summary, this paper based on the research of graphene preparation process, carboxymethyl cellulose was composited with graphene and polyaniline.Carboxymethyl cellulose can effectively disperse graphene and polyaniline by physical force, which imparts film-forming properties to the mixed filler.Explore the proportion of mixed fillers to obtain environmentally friendly cellulose-based composites materials for conductive.Conductive films and corrugated cardboard were prepared by film-forming and coating, respectively, which have application value in the field of anti-static.
