Food safety is the foundation of our people's livelihood and economic development.For the areas of food and vegetable agricultural products where food safety problems frequently occur,the detection of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables is an important technical guarantee for guaranteeing the quality and safety.The steps of pre-processing of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables are very important for the detection of pesticide residues.Therefore,it is necessary to design a pretreatment instrument for fruits and vegetables to replace the manual operation.Analyze the operating conditions and functional requirements of the pretreatment instrument,determine the product design goals,formulate specific vortex rinsing method pretreatment operation steps,design the overall layout and basic structure of the sampling instrument,and carry out multi-planning design for each program.Comparison of advantages and disadvantages,choose the most appropriate overall design.The key part of the design is to design a sampling mechanism that is used to pre-treat the vials for picking and moving in the pretreatment instrument.The specific forms of the functional parts such as the arm part,the lifting part and the gripping device are respectively determined.And related theoretical calculations to determine the size of the key size.The structural design of the arm mechanism,lifting mechanism,and clamping mechanism were carried out according to the relevant design standards.The key components were selected for calculation and checked,and the three-dimensional modeling of the product was completed in solidworks.Using the theoretical analysis,finite element software and dynamics simulation software to analyze the performance of the designed sampling mechanism.Analyzing the source and nature of the error in the analysis of the components.The position accuracy of the end of the fluid extraction mechanism is analyzed and calculated,and the arm is powered.Learn to analyze and verify the rationality of the design of the sampling mechanism,and optimize light weight according to the simulation results.From the results of performance analysis,this design achieves the design goals and lays the foundation for the next step in product development.
