Cavity milling has been widely used in 3C product processing and mold processing industries,Processing efficiency,processing quality,processing cost,etc.have always been the research hotspots in the field of numerical control processing.In the roughing process,the processing efficiency and processing cost are paid special attention.At present,various methods proposed by scholars at home and abroad to improve efficiency are mainly divided into feed rate optimization based on material removal rate model and feed speed optimization based on cutting force model.However,the material removal rate model is a geometric model and cannot fully reflect the physical problems,which may make the optimized feed rate not very reasonable;Although the cutting force model is more accurate,it takes expensive equipment such as dynamometer to build the model,which is too costly and difficult to apply to actual processing.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes a spindle power simulation technology and a feed rate optimization method based on historical data.First,this paper establishes the theoretical model of spindle power calculation by studying the relationship between cutting force and process parameters and the relationship between cutting force and spindle power.Then the undetermined coefficients in the spindle power calculation model were obtained by orthogonal test and multiple linear regression method.By designing parts and performing machining experiments,it is found that the error between the power calculated by the formula and the actual power is within 10%,which verifies the accuracy and feasibility of the spindle power calculation model under certain conditions..Afterwards,this paper Defines the concept of historical data in this article.Then,determines the optimization objectives and constraints in the roughing process of cavity milling.Based on the above power simulation model,the spindle power simulation technology based on historical data was designed,and its implementation details and difficulties were described in detail.Then,according to the spindle power simulation technology,a set of feedrate optimization scheme was designed,and its implementation details and difficulties were described.Through actual processing,the comparison of the two experiments before and after optimization,the efficiency has increased by 29.5%,and the power fluctuation has decreased by 16.61%,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the power simulation technology and the feed rate optimization scheme.Finally,based on the main points of the above optimization program,based on the C# programming language,the software of feedrate optimization tool based on spindle power analysis was developed.The software provides an interactive visual interface to assist the user in optimizing the feed rate.
