Equipment data collection is an important barrier and the only way for foundry enterprise to move toward intelligent manufacturing.Changes in key parameters during equipment operation are closely related to product quality,such as pouring temperature and pouring time.However,in the current situation,the key parameters value of foundry equipment mainly depends on manual recording or copying.The real-time performance is poor,the efficiency is slow,and the data may be distorted.In addition,there are many workshop equipment,wide sources,and different degrees of automation.Data collection method implementation cycle for specific equipment Long,it is difficult to quickly apply to different devices,and the universality is poor.In view of this,according to the data storage method of the casting equipment,two methods of flexible acquisition of equipment data based on PLC and configuration,and flexible acquisition of equipment data based on database are designed respectively.The corresponding technologies are developed and applied to two typical foundry enterprise.The enterprise quickly achieved flexible acquisition and storage of data from different sources and different degrees of automation of the equipment.The research work of this thesis is as follows:Firstly,the automatic status of the foundryworkshop equipment is analyzed,and two methods of flexible data collection based on the combination of PLC and configuration and flexible data collection based on database are studied and designed.The former is a flexible site that collects the operating data of multiple devices in the same area from the PLC integrated site.The site software can be flexibly dumped as required by the configuration software to achieve flexible acquisition of the device data.The latter realizes the remote database link by means of digital parameter configuration.Dynamic management,access,and data integration to enable flexible integration of device data.Secondly,the implementation techniques corresponding to the two methods of flexible data collection based on the combination of PLC and configuration and flexible data collection based on database are studied.The data of the foundry equipment is collected flexibly,transferred to/stored in a database.Based on the InteCast ERP system,a flexible data acquisition interface definition module and equipment data real-time display and monitoring module are developed.Thirdly,the two types of equipment data flexible acquisition methods,the development of the corresponding technology and modules applied to two typical foundry enterprise.According to the numerous,wide sources,and complicated automation features of equipments in Baimtes Material Co.,Ltd.,the requires data collection and storage of the regional equipment by integrating the new PLC integrated site acquisition equipment data and configuration software to collect data from the PLC site.Concerning the characteristics of the key equipment on the site of Wuxi First Auto Foundry Co.,Ltd.,a database flexible integration method was used to acquire the data of the foundry equipment.Finally,according to the application effect of two foundry companies results show that the flexible acquisition of equipment data based on PLC and configuration can acquire and effectively store equipment data of different conditions in real time.The acquisition method is very versatile;the flexible collection of equipment data based on database can quickly realize the effectiveness of the equipment database.Access and data integration management;These approach helps companies quickly achieve flexible acquisition of data from different state devices,significantly reducing manual recording workloads,and ensuring data accuracy and real-time acquisition and efficiency.
