The reform of state-owned enterprises(SOE)has always been the focus of China’s socialist construction.With the development of economic globalization,the domestic economy is facing huge pressure,the SOE ’ s poor internal management are leading to the non-performing asset management problems.At the same time,it’s in positive growth from the developing tendency,which proses challenges for development of China’s market economy as well as brings an adverse impact on the national asset management,therefore we must attach great importance to it.This article takes Yong Gui Energy Development Co.,Ltd as an example,to conduct research on China resource state owned enterprise ’ s management of non-performing assetAfter the three stages of the reform of SOEs,such as "decentralization,profits","institutional innovation" and "state assets management",the reform and development of SOEs have made significant progress.The reform idea,reform theory and reform practice are clearing and deepening.The study and discussion of the management of SOEs’ non-performing assets is in line with the current situation,and also the embodiment of enhancing the vitality of the enterprises.Revitalize the distressed assets are to adjust and re-configure the various aspects of the bad stock asset disposal in order to improve the dynamic process of the economic and social benefits of the bad stock assets operation.The root cause of idle or partial idle assets is the configuration asset lags behind the change of market demand leading to the maladjustment of capital or management mode not suitable for the development of enterprises.Consquently,the essence of revitalization the bad assets is the optimized profolio for asset as a comprehensive production element under the backdrop of market machnism so that the stock assets that drop out of social reproduction can conduct reasonable flow and optimized profolio through property’s transfer with compensation to reach the target of fully exploitation.At the same time,the stock assets that participate in social reproduction also exists scientific management and reasonable optimization issues to reach the target of improving its operation efficiency.Therefore,revitalize non-performation asset the the inevitable tendency for economy development also the road energy SOEs must take.According to the state demands to accelerate the disposal of the zombie enterprises and to digest serious excess production capacity,from the perspective of SOE’s added value,this thesis focuses on the background of the supply side reform of SOE resource management of non-performing assets,with Yong Gui Energy Development Co.,Ltd company as a case analysis,adopts literature research,comparision research method,along with the current macroeconomic environment and company’s actual condition to explore the scientific operation strategy suitable for resource enterprises.It’s expected the research conculsion will bring enlightening significance for resource enterprises.The thesis’ s main contents include: based on expounding Chapter1’s topic of background and significance as well as the insufficient of innovation points and shortcomings,we draw the research object and contend of the thesis.The second chapter conducts a comprehensive discussion about the causes of non-performing assets of SOEs.The third chapter expounds the current situation of China’s resource SOEs and analyzes of the situation of the bad assets.The fifth chapter takes Yong Gui Energy Development Co.,Ltd as an example,from Yong Gui Energy Development Co.,Ltd’s development history,status quo and existing problems and the causes of non-performing assets of the company.Finally,targeting at the coal and non coal units of the subordinates of Yong Gui Energy Development Co.,Ltd,it raises the strategy and method of invigorating the bad assets to help this type of SOEs to get rid of this negative condition and revitalize former glroy.
