With fast pace of urban construction and large scale of building construction,a large number of construction waste sharply generated,causing severe damage to the urban environment.Environmental problems have become the focus of the government and the public in recent years.Dumping waste takes up a lot of land,not only destroys the soil,air,water,city appearance and living environment,but also triggers a series of social problems.On the other hand,construction waste is a kind of misplaced precious resources and construction waste recycling becomes a trend,which presents of great valuable.How to make the construction waste be best recycled,setting up the effective and thorough construction waste recycling network becomes necessary and urgent.At present,the research of construction waste is mostly focused on waste recycling processing.However,study on construction waste material logistics network is relatively insufficient.Besides,those researches mostly on site selection for waste treatment.The studies on other logistics are relatively few.First of all,this article integrated use the grey forecasting method,the time series forecasting method and the BP neural network forecasting method to forecast construction waste production of the next five years in Wuhan city.According to the result of prediction,the analysis of the future trends as well as construction waste recycling logistics nodes,this article puts forward the existing problems in collection,transportation and processing in Wuhan city.Secondly,this paper discusses the economic effect,environmental effect and social effect brought by building the construction waste logistics network.Combined with the specific situation of the construction waste disposal in Wuhan,this article designs construction waste recycling network model for Wuhan city and puts forward the research method of the receive field location of construction waste.After that,according to the specific situation of the construction waste recycling system in Wuhan city,this article uses the mixed integer linear programming method to model construction waste recycling network in Wuhan city,presenting the Lingo software to solve the optimization.Finally,this article analyzes the management and successful experience of the construction waste disposal in the several typical cities(Beijing,Shanghai,Shenzhen).In light of the specific conditions of construction waste recycling in Wuhan city and on the basis of other cities' experience,this article puts forward feasible suggestions to Wuhan construction waste recycling from the source to generate,collection,transportation and recycling.
