| Carbon nanotube is a hollow tube structure material with high porosity,large surface area and light weight property.In this article,Carbon nanotube sponges and multiwall carbon nanotube are used for the enrichment and determination of organic pollutants and metal ions with solid phase extraction method.We have optimized the experiment parameters and explored a system method respectively.The experiment results showed that the carbon nanotube sponges and multiwall carbon nanotube had good adsorption ability for target pollutants and the explored method is reliable.Carbon nanotube sponges as solid phase extraction adsorbent is used for the detection of polychlorinated biphenyls,the carbon nanotube sponges are novel material recently.We have optimized sample flow rate and volume,type of eluent and volume,and sample pH.We obtained wide linear range(10 to 1000 ng L-1),correlation coefficients(R)ranging from 0.9936 to 0.9988.,low limits of detection(0.72 to 1.98 ng L-1),excellent intra-day precisions(relative standard deviations,RSDs)were in the range of 2.69 to 6.85%for the seven PCBs(60 ng L-1,n=5).Blank experiments show that PCB-28 and PCB-52 were present in the mine water.Carbon nanotube sponges as solid phase extraction adsorbent and DDTC as complexing agent is used for the detection of Co2+,Cu2+and Hg2+.We have optimized sample flow rate,volume of DDTC,type of eluent and volume,and sample pH.Good linearity was observed over the range of 0.5–100μg L-11 for Co2+and Cu2+,and3–400μg L-11 for Hg2+.We obtained low limits of detection(S/N=3)of the target ions(0.061-0.690μg L-1).The intra-day precisions(relative standard deviations,RSDs)were in the range of 1.27-3.60%for the three ions(n=5).There were trace level of Cu2+in lake water and spring water samples as well as trace amount of Co2+in lake water sample.Compared with other methods,it showed lower limits of detection and wider linear range.Multiwall carbon nanotube as dispersive solid phase extraction adsorbent for the detection of polychlorinated biphenyls.We have optimized sample flow rate,volume of DDTC,type of eluent and volume,and sample pH.We obtained low limits of detection(2.66 to 7.52 ng L-1),excellent intra-day precisions(2.56 to 6.19%).Blank experiments show that there was no PCB in the environmental water.This method showed advantages in analysis of environmental water samples. |
