Zambian Annual Production 15000 T Malting Plant EPC International Project Management Research And Analysis

As China has been member of WTO and so many China corporations go to overseas to be contracted a lots international projects under the advocation of BELT AND ROAD promoted by China government,this is the general trend of social development and requested by epoch development as well.Civil engineering in the international project is a turkey project which including equipments desgine delivery installation and civil buildings and a serious of engineering which have a big different with deomestic projects.At present,the management level of chinese enterprises is not very mature in the international project,it is urgent to accumalate knowledge of international project management,thus integrating with international project management,and play an internatonal leading role.this dissertation is based on my practices management of Zambia annual 15000 tons EPC malting plant awarded by the worldwide most famous beer provider SABMILLER and contracted by China Light Industry Engineering Internation Corperation Ltd to have the further more research and anlysis with regard to main contents of the international project management,characteristics,risks,international engineering take over procedure and PAT of international project management,the management factors of the whole life cycle of project management are analyzed,and the usual international practices are studied.Combined with the engineering exzample,analysis the content and characteristics of the pre planning of international construction project management of the project,to clarify points of international engineering contract management,and analyzes the special problem of the contract and solution as well.the contract management is the core position in the international enhgineering project management,is the priority among priorities to avoid the process of engineering project risks,expounds the risk from project bidding and project implementation and to avoid and prevent.Summarizes the design and management of Zambia malting plant project cost management,procurement and logistics management of the actual situation and experience;and the occupation health,safety and environment special international constuction project(HSE)conducted a systematic analysis and management,gives the suggestions these key tube.The key link of risk management in international project,the social risk,decision-making risk,management risk,technology standard risk identification and countermeasures are studied.And how to further improve the level of risk management suggestions are given.At final,the international engineering take over procedure and PAT(Performance Acceptance Test)are studied and analyzed.
