| In this paper,the Aluminum gadolinium coating was desposited in the AlCl3-NaCl-KCl molten salt which the molar ratio of the three salts is 4:1:1,then mix the different Gd2O3 to the molten salt,making the different content Al-Gd coating to discuse the effect of the different content Gd to the coating.The micro-structure,phase composition and Qualitative and quantitative analysis of elements of the coating were investigated by SEM,XRD as well as EDS,the corrosion resistance of the coating is tested by the method of chemical.The results show that when the content of gadolinium in coating is 0.24%,the dendritic morphology of aluminum improved most,and the aluminum grains is amallest,as well as with the corrosion resistance and hardness highest.Using micro-arc oxidation pulse power to Make the Al-Gd coating to Al-Gd ceramic coatings,then discussing the effect of the content of Gd,additive,oxidation voltage,oxidation time and electrolyte solution to the MAO coating by testing the properities of the MAO coating.The properities of ceramic coatings are test by SEM,XRD,EDS as well as method of chemical.The rusult shows that when the content of Gd in Al-Gd coating is0.24%,the MAO coating has higher corrosion resistance and the micro structure is smooth;When the additive is borax,and the corrosion resistance of the film is much higher than other additives.There is a best paramter in the experient.260 V and 15min is the best paramter in silicate system;340 V and 10 min is the best paramter in aluminate system.Silicate system is easy to spark,and the color of coating has different kinds;the aluminate system has a higher spark volage,and the color is single,but the corrosion resistance is better. |
