The continuous casting mold was the key device which makes the casting blank forming in continuous casting.The non-sinusoidal(including sinusoidal)vibration device driven by the servo motor had the advantages of saving energy and reducing consumption,improving the quality of the casting slab,and improving the casting speed.In this paper,the control system based on SIMOTION D425 motion controller was designed for the continuous casting mold vibration device driven by the servo motor,and based on it,an experimental study was carried out.The main work was as follows:Firstly,according to the working principle and technological requirements of the continuous casting mold vibration device driven by the servo motor,the overall structural design and hardware configuration design of the continuous casting mold vibration distribution control system based on the SIMOTION D425 servo motor drive can realize the non-sinusoidal vibration of the multi-stream continuous casting mold.Secondly,for the hardware composition of the control system,on the SIMOTION SCOUT software platform,the hardware configuration of the system was performed,the configuration of the SINAMICS drive,the parameter identification of the servo motor model,and controller optimization was completed.And the SIMOTION axis was configured and debugged.In addition,according to the technical requirements of the continuous casting mold vibration process,the continuous casting mold vibration control program was designed,including the Demark,Li Xiankui non-sinusoidal and sinusoidal vibration control program,the vibration waveform control program,different vibration waveform function and the parameter switching control program,the mold vibration displacement PI control program,the fault tolerance control program of the mold non-sinusoidal vibration.Then assigned the control program to the execution system.Thirdly,with the SIMATIC NET software,OPC server and SIMOTION D425 communication configuration and test was completed.The host computer monitoring interface was designed by MFC programming under the Visual Studio 2010 development platform,and took it as the OPC client to have data exchange with OPC server,realized the real-time monitoring of the OPC communication and control system of SIMOTION D425.Finally,the continuous casting mold vibration control system was experimentally studied for the existing servo motor-driven continuous casting mold vibration experimental device.The results showed that the designed control system could meet the technical requirements of the vibration of the continuous casting mold,and ensured that the actual vibration displacement accurately tracks the desired waveform curve,and it had strong stability and reliability.
