In this paper,under the background of two problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution,the preparation and performance of inorganic oxide novel catalytic materials have been studied.The use of photocatalytic technology for the degradation of organic dyes has always been a hot issue because photocatalytic technology is in line with people’s pursuit of green chemistry.However,current photocatalysts are still difficult to have both high photocatalytic efficiency,high chemical stability,and high sunlight utilization efficiency.The wet catalytic oxidation method has the advantages of rapid degradation rate and thorough degradation,which may improve the above problems.This paper focuses on this focus issue,develops several new types of catalysts,and tests the catalytic performance under photocatalytic and wet catalytic oxidation conditions.The results obtained are as follows:(1)A novel photocatalyst,Co4I3O24H15·3H2O,was successfully prepared by co-precipitation method.It is an amorphous semiconductor material with a dark green color.The particle size is mainly distributed between 100 nm and 200 nm,and the band gap Eg is approximately at1.75 eV,the rate of degradation of Rhodamine B at visible wavelengths greater than 420 nm is significantly faster than that of P25.And in repeated experiments,the activity did not decrease.(2)A novel catalytic material ZrHIO6·4H2O was successfully prepared by a co-precipitation method.It is an amorphous material,an off-white powdery solid,and its size is mainly distributed between 5 nm and 200 nm.It can be completely protected under light at room temperature.Under the conditions of the degradation of rhodamine B,methylene blue.And can be used repeatedly,no reduction in activity.(3)The new catalytic material CeGeO4 was successfully prepared by hydrothermal method.It is a white powdery solid with a particle size mainly distributed between 50 nm and 200 nm.It can degrade Rhodamine B under room temperature and completely protected from light.,Methylene blue.And can be used repeatedly,no reduction in activity.Synthetic CeGeO4.The synthesis conditions were optimized to obtain the optimal synthesis conditions.(4)A new catalytic material Ce(IO3)4 was successfully prepared by co-precipitation method.It is an amorphous catalytic material,light yellow powdery solid,and its particle size is mainly distributed between 40 nm and 150 nm.It can be degraded Rhodamine B,methylene blue,and methyl orange under completely dark conditions at room temperature.And it can be used repeatedly,no reduction in activity.And its catalytic activity is significantly higher than that of ZrHIO6·4H2O and CeGeO4. |
