| With the development and the construction of society.All kinds of iron containing waste is increasing,and the accumulation of iron containing waste not only affect the environment,but also a waste of resources.Based on the above requirements,the rotary hearth furnace process has been widely used,which is located in the treatment of iron containing solid waste,and one of the important processes is cooling.The object of this paper is studying the equipment of the cooling process,which is the efficient reduction iron drum type cooling machine.Major manufacturers in the country establish many different sizes of reduction iron line.Therefore,in order to quickly design a series of models to meet the needs,we will use the modular design method to design.Based on the studies of a new spray reduced iron cylinder cooling machine to start the study of designing the structure and size of the device.According to the needs of the development of the industry,and in order to promote further research and development of the technology,the article adopts the modular design method to block design of the equipment,based on the principles of functional structure of multi-level module partition.According to the characteristics of the thermal technology equipment and requirements,design the structure of each module in detail.To prevent its good assembly,use the kit method for static interference check,then through the PRO/E platform simulation,completed the dynamic interference check.Using the ANSYS finite element analysis software to analyze the key modules of the equipment designed.The final analysis results are obtained by establishing the analysis model,meshing,restrictions,solving.Adopting the method of thermal-mechanical coupled analysis,taking the temperature cooling machine ofoperating conditions into account,to get the situation of force and deformation of equipment.Make corresponding safety evaluation,and use the results to test and verify the design of each module.Based on modular design requirements and the results of the analysis,design a variety of seal form,to meet customers’ personalized needs.Optimize the cylinder cooling machine of the key modules.Improved design of various modules of its structure,to ensure the efficiency and life span.One of the purpose of this paper is to carry on the design of the cooling machine which is one of the equipment in the rotary hearth furnace.Using the method of modular design to make a new type of high efficient spray cooling machine.And analyzes the major structure of the equipment to get the main stress and deformation when it is on operation.Optimize some modules,the results after improvement show that the design is reasonable and the performance is good. |
