A certain type of weapon equipment with wide scope and huge quantity environment complex,high surface protection requirements.Now the weapon surface protection technology are mainly oil protection,blue black phosphating,oxidation,paint,etc.From forces used,these protection technology has many insufficient,mainly for the anti-corrosion effect is poor,easy to fall off,the craft is complex,and so on.In order to solve this problem,in this paper,waterborne JX-1 nm anticorrosive coatings as the research object,and apply it to a certain type of weapon surface protection technology,through a large number of experiments,research the solve the problem of a certain type of weapon surface protective coating on the feasibility and superiority.At first,this paper studied the basic properties of JX-1 nm anticorrosion coating,this paper introduces the basic composition and preparation method,respectively tested the coating adhesion,hardness,salt fog resistance,wear resistance,thermal shock resistance and so on several indicators,and the steel parts,aluminum alloy,engineering plastics as the carrier,studies and compares respectively using water-based JX-1 nm anticorrosive coating,phosphating,the protective effect of blue,paint and other circumstances.Found that nano anticorrosion coating JX-1 a current common coating performance,and the coating for steel,aluminum alloy parts and engineering plastic parts of the protective performance are even more than the current to a certain type of weapon used by protection technology.Then,respectively in the laboratory conditions and forces carried out under the conditions of use of laboratory JX-1 water trial research of nanometer anticorrosive coatings.Through laboratory conditions live-fire experiment,coupon test,electrochemical,etc.,analysis and study on the coating corrosion morphology characteristics,and through the analysis of the hanging piece weightlessness,measuring curve,ac impedance test,electrochemical noise test method,quantitatively study the corrosion resistance of the coating.Results found in the bare metal,metal protective oil daub and water-based nano anticorrosion coating of metal spraying JX-1,water spraying JX-1 nano anticorrosion coating of metal corrosion rate,the lowest for 1/5 of the protective oil metal daub,anti-corrosion effect is best.Through interior forces and coastal trial study of two different environment,the actual test the applicability and superiority of the coating.Trial study respectively from operation,appearance quality,drop test,etc.,carries on the comparison to the coating performance,results in practical application,a certain type of weapon use JX-1 water-based nano anti-corrosion coating technology,on weapons surface protection quality is better than the existing protection technology.The contrast study of a certain type of weapon JX-1 nano anti-corrosion coatings and forces the applicability of the existing surface protection technology process,the results show that using water-based JX-1 nm anticorrosive coatings technology has realized the unification of different material parts operation process of a certain type of weapons,realize the technological field,operation time and number of lean operation,and low requirements for facilities,equipment and personnel,easy operation,no pollution and high cost performance and good applicability.
