The punching of the textile upper is an important process link in the automatic shoe-making line.The quality of punch hole is directly related to the positioning accuracy and accuracy of the following link.However,the analysis of the current status shows that most shoe-making enterprises in China still use manual methods in the shoe punching process,which results in low punching accuracy and high production costs.With the continuous development of the textile industry,machine vision technology has been widely used,the traditional shoe punching methods relying on artificial experience can no longer meet the needs of the development of modern textile companies,textile upper punching methods should also be advancing with the times.To meet the requirements of the new times,the realization of efficient science shoe punching can improve enterprise production efficiency.This paper closely combines the needs of automated development of textile uppers,makes full use of the advantages of machine vision and image processing,conducts relevant research on machine identification and digital positioning technology of textile shoe upper punching marks.The main research work is as follows:1.The overall design of the identification and positioning system of punching mark points.The punching mark identification of shoe uppers to identify the positioning process are concerned to analyze the system and define the system technical indicators.Based on the system analysis,the hardware and software of the system are designed,the module design of industrial camera,lens,lighting system and software functions are given.2.Study on Camera calibration and image correction.In order to realize the accurate positioning of the target,the mapping relationship between the three-dimensional geometric position of a certain point of the space object and its corresponding point in the image is established through the camera calibration.Through the research of camera calibration method,a Zhang Zhengyou calibration method based on image preprocessing is used,and the camera internal parameters and external parameters are solved.Based on the camera internal and external parameters,the original punching mark point shoe image distortion correction has been done to achieve the actual punching mark point position reduction.3.Study on image preprocessing and punch mark identification.Through the comparison and analysis of common image denoising,segmentation and edge extraction algorithms,an improved median filter image preprocessing method is proposed,and the image preprocessing process of textile uppers is presented to realize the image pretreatment based on shoe upper.In the above,a template matching marker recognition algorithm based on feature extraction is proposed.Through the experimental analysis,the feasibility of this algorithm for identifying the punching marks on textile uppers is verified.4.Study on digital positioning of textile upper punching mark points.Based on the analysis of the actual geometric features of punching marks in shoe uppers,an algorithm based on the gray centroid of punching marks in shoe uppers was designed;an experiment case of designing datum points was designed,and the results were compared with the results of circle fitting and minimum circumscribed circle method.The analysis verifies the feasibility of the algorithm.Using the positioning algorithm based on the gray center of mass,the punching mark points on the shoe upper are digitally positioned and the positioning accuracy is analyzed.The results show that the positioning accuracy can meet the actual production needs.5.The identifying and positioning system has been realized and tested.This project uses Visual Studio 2017 as a development tool,adopts Open CV3.0 and C++ as image algorithm and human-machine interface language to realize the development of identification and positioning system for textile shoe upper punching mark points,and tests system function modules.The test results show that the system identification and positioning function runs normally and meets the production requirements of the upper assembly line,which has practical application value.
